Rooted in Gora. Feeding Nigeria.

Our story, what we believe, and the people and place behind Sharna Integrated Dairy Farms.

Our story

We started in 2009 on the Abuja–Keffi Expressway with a plain purpose: to grow good food close to where people live.

What began with a few lines of work has grown into an integrated farm. We raise poultry for eggs and meat, grow maize, soya beans and vegetables, farm fish, and manufacture egg crates from recycled paper.

We are now preparing to add shea butter, honey and cashew nut processing for export, so that produce grown in Nasarawa can reach buyers far beyond it. Throughout, our aim has not changed. We want the community around us to eat well and to prosper, and we want Nigeria to be able to feed itself.

What we stand for

Nourish

Food comes first. We farm to feed people well, starting with the community on our doorstep.

Integrity

We say what we do and do what we say, with our customers, partners and workers.

Stewardship

We look after the soil, the water and the animals in our care, and we waste as little as we can.

Progress

We keep learning and building, from today’s farm to tomorrow’s export lines.
